Answering Service

When you receive a call your answer phrase should be:

"Thank you for calling Discount Copiers how may I help you?"

You should already be logged into our Customer Relations Manager (CRM)

*Always ask for customers phone number*

 

1) Ask the customer the name of their business and type it into the search bar in the top right.

1a) If the customers information is in our CRM then click on add task in the top right hand corner

and you will get this pop up.

1b) Click add more detail and put the customers needs in this section

* The date should be the next day and current time the call was taken

*The Category- If the customer wants a call back choose call, If the customer needs a follow up choose Follow up it's pretty easy

*Assigned to: 

Office Manager: Crystal Henrie - if the customer needs

Supplies

Accounting

Owner: Raphael Arnsworth- if the customer needs

Repair

Sales

Networking

Save the task and that completes the call
