Park City property owners who welcomed visitors into their homes through Airbnb earned $15 million during the recently completed ski season, Airbnb said Thursday.
The San Francisco-based company said it handled 1,900 bookings during the season involving 36,000 guests. That guest number represented a 92 percent increase from the previous season, while the revenue earned by property hosts rose 78 percent year over year.
