Former Zions Bank economist Jeff Thredgold fought hard against a degenerative brain disease diagnosed at way too young an age.
But the cruel neurological disease akin to Alzheimerâs took its course Saturday at Thredgoldâs home in Farmington. He died at age 66.
His efforts to combat the disease will go on, however. Thredgold donated his brain to University of Utah Hospital to support research into frontal temporal degeneration.
