Alleged scam targeted deaf Christians in Utah, elsewhere

Members of the deaf community in Utah have fallen victim to a second alleged investment scam. Regulators have filed a lawsuit against a California man who targeted deaf Christians here and in other states with promises of 5 percent to 10 percent per month in returns from trading in foreign exchange contracts.
